A series of graceful slow exercises, the Tai Chi form has been described as moving meditation. The Chinese people regard it as the secret for youthfulness, health, long life, peace of mind and the way to overcome life's obstacles. Tai Chi is an excellent way of achieving the Government's recommendation of half an hour of gentle exercise every day for 5 days.
