I am a Body Psychotherapist and studied at the Chiron Association of Body Psychotherapy based in Ealing, London. I provide psychotherapy and counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling them to enhance your their lives and so they can live it more fully.
I incorporate in the sessions techniques that facilitate's the client's individual needs and preferred means of expression. This can include breath work, body work and dream analysis.
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with:
Psychosomatic Illnesses
Stress
Relationships
Panic Attacks
Anxiety
Bereavement
Redundancy
Depression
