We believe that individuals have within them all the resources they need to change and enhance their lives. By taking a complementary approach to health care, Health Works aims to help individuals tap into their own inner resources. Using a variety of approaches including hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), coaching, aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki and yoga we aim to support and strengthen individuals to enable them to create a sense of fulfilment and well being in their daily lives.
