I am Holistic therapist qualified in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Swedish massage. Aromatherapy deeply relaxing massage using pure essential oil to help with all sorts of ailments. Reflexology is bassed on the principle that reflex points on the sides, tops and soles of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body. Reflexology helps to correct any imbalances to give you a sense that the whole body is better balanced and in harmony.
Swedish Body Massage helps to ease aches and pains and relax the body. Massage helps to reduce muscle stiffness and help joint mobility. A Swedish Massage will help you to unwind which makes it an ideal antidote to today's stressful lifestyle. |
