I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling them to enhance your their lives and so they can live it more fully.
I incorporate in the sessions techniques that facilitate's the client's individual needs and preferred means of expression. This can include breath work, body work and dream analysis.
