I trained at The Clare Maxwell Hudson School, where I had the opportunity to be taught by Clare herself, who has achieved international recognition in her field. In addition to my own private practice, I work at The Sanctuary, the famous 5-star ladies day spa in Covent Garden and Calmia holistic day spa, recently voted second in the Spa Awards consumer survey of favourite urban day spas in London.
My treatments are totally customised to your needs. I will work on the areas and muscles that need the most work and attention, using blended aromatherapy oils for ultimate relaxation. Whether you require a deep tissue massage to stimulate the circulation and relieve tight, knotted muscles or a more relaxing massage to counterbalance stress and exhaustion and restore vitality.

Chavutti Thirumal
|
|
|
Massage Lewes specialises in Chavutti Thirumal and traditional Ayurvedic Marma Massage.
Chavutti Thirumal (traditional Keralan Kalari marma massage) treatments involve a full body massage with warm tridoshic oil and are performed by the practitioner using their hands and feet. Long sweeping movements gently stimulate the skin and marma whilst balancing and deeply relaxing the body. This is an excellent treatment for increasing flexibility and bringing an awareness to movement and energy patterns within the body. Try it to believe it!
Traditional Ayurvedic Marma Massage (pressure/energy point) treatments involve a full body massage with warm tridoshic oil and the gentle stimulation of marma points. It nourishes the bodys resources and helps the flow of vital energy. Removing blockages from the marma points gives physical and psychological relaxation as well as strength and stability.
The approach allows an innate understanding of how mind and body connect and an intuitive way of working within a carefully crafted and ancient system of healing.
Enjoy the healing traditions of India in central Lewes with £10 off your first 60 or 90 minute treatment.
