Aromatherapy involves massage with essential oils individually blended in base oil to your unique energy and needs. I often dowse for the appropriate oils for each treatment, backing up the choices with knowledge, experience and reference if necessary.
During the first treatment, a full consultation is taken including a health check questionnaire. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill in the questionnaire.

Reiki treatments are hands on and non-intrusive. You remain fully clothed and I often use blankets and pillows for extra comfort and warmth. Some people experience seeing colours, some feel tingling sensations or warmth, some feel deep relaxation and some even fall asleep. It is not unusual to experience a very good nights sleep following treatment with renewed energy the next day.
A consultation is taken prior to the Reiki session and the treatment usually takes around 60 minutes.
