Meditation and Relaxation group

We hold workshops and groups on weekday evenings in Relaxation and Meditation. Relaxation and Meditation are two separate disciplines, often combined to form one single therapy. By taking yourself into a relaxed meditive state you can combat stress, insomnia, fatigue and many other emotional problems, this in turn can help relieve physical symptoms such as muscle aches and pains.
